Terms and Conditions
Effective January 1, 2026
Advanced Bozeman Insulation Company, insulationbozeman.com, support@insulationbozeman.com
Accepting these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any insulation work you hire Advanced Bozeman Insulation Company to do. When you browse the site, ask for an estimate or approve a job with us, you agree to them, so please read them before you book.
If a written estimate or work agreement we give you says something different from this page, the signed document wins for that job. You can start from our home page to see what we do, or read about our company before you call.
What our services include
We're an insulation contractor in Bozeman, MT, and we work in homes and commercial buildings in Bozeman and the cities around it. Our work includes attic, wall, crawl space and basement insulation, blown-in and spray foam, air sealing, vapor barriers and removing old insulation.
The descriptions on this site explain our work in general terms. The exact scope of your job, including the areas we'll insulate, the material and the depth, is whatever your written estimate or agreement says.
Estimates and pricing
We give free quotes on site, and asking for one puts you under no obligation. Your price depends on things we can only judge in person, such as how many inches are already up there, whether old material has to come out first, how much air sealing the attic needs and how easy it is for our crew to get in.
An estimate is based on what we can see that day. If we open up an area and find something hidden, like soaked insulation, droppings, damaged framing or blocked vents, we'll stop, show you and agree on any change with you before we do extra work. Estimates stay good for the period written on them.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
We'll agree on a start date with you and give you our best idea of how long the crew will be at your house. Weather, material delivery and conditions we find once the job is open can move that date, and we'll tell you as soon as we know.
You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas and to clear stored belongings from the attic, crawl space or other spaces we've agreed on. For spray foam jobs, we'll tell you when people and pets need to be out and when it's safe to come back in, and you agree to keep everyone out until then.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as you can by phone or through our contact page. Any deposit, any charge for material we've already ordered for your job, and the cancellation terms for your job are the ones written in your agreement.
Payment terms
Your agreement sets out what you pay, when you pay it and how. Payment is due on the dates listed there, and work may pause if a scheduled payment hasn't been made.
If a balance goes unpaid, we may use the collection steps Montana law allows, including a lien on the property where the law permits one. We'd much rather talk it through first, so call us if a payment date is going to be a problem.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
We stand behind our workmanship with a satisfaction guarantee on every job. If something about the work we did isn't right, tell us and we'll come back and make it right.
Insulation materials carry their makers' warranties, and we pass those along to you as the makers write them. Our guarantee doesn't cover damage from roof leaks, plumbing leaks, pests, other contractors, later changes to the house, or areas outside the scope we agreed on.
We'll tell you honestly what we expect the work to do for your comfort and your power bill, but we can't promise a set amount of savings because heating costs depend on weather, fuel prices and how the house is used. Information on this website is general and isn't advice for your particular house. Beyond the guarantee above and the makers' warranties, we make no other promises, to the extent Montana law allows.
Limitation of liability
Advanced Bozeman Insulation Company is fully licensed and insured. To the extent Montana law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost use of a room, lost rent or higher utility bills, that come from our work or from using this website.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law doesn't let a business take away.
Settling disagreements
If you're unhappy with anything, call us first at (406) 414-0411 or write to us through the contact page, because most problems get fixed faster with a conversation and a return visit. We reply within 1 business day.
If we can't settle it between us, both sides agree to try mediation with a neutral person before going to court. If it still isn't resolved, it goes to the state courts serving Gallatin County, Montana.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the current one. Changes don't affect a job you've already signed for, which stays under the terms in place when you signed.
